3. Separate Agreements
Any seller who formally engages our services will sign a separate cooperation agreement that contains detailed terms on fees, exclusivity, and transaction procedures.
Any buyer or seller will sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving confidential information.
These Terms are supplementary to, and do not override, such specific agreements.
