What are your fees?

We operate with a clear two-part model: a setup-fee and a success-fee. The setup-fee covers the initial onboarding, financial preparation, buyer targeting, and all required legal groundwork, ensuring your business is positioned for a premium exit from day one.

Once your business is successfully sold, we charge a transparent success-fee based on the final deal value.

For businesses valued above €1,000,000, the setup-fee is higher due to the increased complexity, time investment, and legal structuring involved. This upfront commitment allows us to fully dedicate our team and resources to your deal.

We’re always open to tailoring a custom fee arrangement based on your business and exit goals.

Do I pay a fee if my business doesn't sell?

Yes. In most cases, a setup fee is required at the start of the process. This fee covers onboarding, financial preparation, buyer outreach, and legal groundwork. It ensures mutual commitment and allows our team to allocate the necessary resources to your exit.

We only charge a success fee once a sale is completed. If your business does not sell, no success fee is due. The setup fee remains payable and is generally non-refundable, except in specific cases as defined in your agreement.

This model ensures that both parties are equally invested in a successful outcome.

When do I pay the closing fee?

Our fee is due upon the successful closing of your deal and is usually deducted directly from the buyer's payment via escrow.

How do you make sure the deal is secure for both sides?

Security and trust are key when selling your business. That's why we only work with trusted third -party escrow services that hold the buyer's funds during the entire process. Funds are only released once all conditions are met and the store has been successfully transferred. This ensures both buyer and seller are protected--no guesswork. no risk of fraud. just a safe and verified process from start to finish.

Who pays for escrow?

Escrow fees are typically covered by the buyer. This is standard practice in most of our deals. We make sure the agreement is clear upfront, so there are no surprises during the transaction.
